Annual 3 Million Tons Tuff Sand Making Plant

Project Background

This project is a high-tech manufactured sand project undertaken by ZENITH. The plant includes mining and pretreatment, and fine sand and gravel processing plant in the development area. In 2015, the project became the first environmental demonstration plant of 3 million tons of fine sand and gravel aggregates in northwestern China.

Project Advantages

The dust of the plant is collected and reused centrally through the negative pressure dust removal system and placed in the fully enclosed workshop, realizing zero emission, zero pollution and full utilization of resources.

The plant adopts cone crusher, sand making machine and other high efficiency equipment. The sand making technology ensures the stable operation and the quality of the finished products, and the normal operation only needs 5 workers.

The high-quality sand and gravel produced by this project has reasonable gradation size, excellent particle size and mud content exemption. The profit is more than 20 yuan/t. The total annual output value is about 200 million yuan.
