B Deep-rotor Vertical-shaft Sand Maker is a new generation of sand-making product with a variety of independent patent properties developed by ZENITH with the introduction of German technology and based on VSI Sand Maker series. B Deep-rotor Vertical-shaft Sand Maker combines three crushing modes into one and has become the core equipment in machine-made sand industry.

Compared with traditional sand makers, the material throughout and crushing ratio are increased by 30%-60%, and the cost of wearing part is reduced by more than 40%.


By the semi-automatic hydraulic system, users can open the top cover of the machine to carry out maintenance only by pressing a button, which reduces labor costs.


To solve problem of abrasion at certain points, ZENITH adopts the split-type structure when designing wearing parts, which greatly extends service life of wearing parts.


Considering the two requirements of sand making and shaping, which requires switch between the two feed modes, ZENITH made a new innovation on the material distributing tray.


Working Principle of B Deep-rotor Vertical-shaft Sand Maker

B Deep-rotor Vertical-shaft Sand Maker has two feed modes – “feed at center” and “feed at center & sides”. As for “feed at center”, materials at the feed hopper firstly pass through the central hole into the high-speed spinning rotor. Next, materials hit the surrounding vortex material linerinside the vortex chamber together. Finally, finished products are discharged from the bottom discharge opening.

As for the latter mode “feed at center & sides”, firstly, materials at the feed hopper pass through the circular hole. Then, materials are divided into two parts by the distributing tray. One part of materials enter the high-speed rotating impeller while the other part of materials fall from all sides of the tray.
