Project Background

In response to the local government’s policy that traditional lime kilns industry must be upgraded to reduce pollution, the project has upgraded the original production technology, and built 8 eco-friendly automatic vertical kilns with steel bushing. And when the selling products gradually changed from block ash to fine powder, the added value of products have improved further.

Project Advantages

MTW Grinding Mill adopts bevel gear overall transmission, internal thin oil lubrication system, arc duct, curved blade and other latest technologies.

The split shovel blade enlarges working area a lot. Besides, the unique pneumatic sealing device effectively avoids spill-over of coarse powder.

The structure is more compact, occupying smaller floor area. Meanwhile, equipped with professional dust remover, the operation is quite friendly to the surrounding environment.

With the advantages of high automation level, low consumption, high output and convenient maintenance, this project has reached the international advanced level.
