1. Classification of crawler portable crusher plant

3. Installation and maintenance of crawler portable crusher plant

1) Installation

(1) After installation, check whether the bolts at each part are loose and whether the door of the main engine compartment is tight. If so, please tighten it.

(2) The power line and control switch are configured according to the power of the portable crusher plant.

(3) After the inspection, the no-load test run is carried out, and the production can be carried out if the test run is normal.

2) Maintenance

(1) Good lubrication is important for bearing life, which directly affects the service life and operation rate of the portable crusher plant. Therefore, the lubricating oil injected must be clean and the sealing must be good. The main oil filling places of this machine are rotating bearing, roller bearing, all gears, movable bearing and sliding plane.

(2) The newly installed tyre is easy to loosen and must be checked frequently.

(3) Pay attention to check the wear degree of the easily worn parts and replace the worn parts in time.

(4) Dust should be removed from the plane of the underframe where the movable device is placed, so as to prevent the movable bearing from moving on the underframe when the machine encounters materials that cannot be broken, thus causing serious accidents.

(5) If the temperature of bearing oil rises, turn off the machine immediately and check the cause to eliminate it.

(6) If there is impact sound when the rotating gear is running, stop the machine immediately to check and eliminate it.
