ZENITH On-Site Service: Engineers Head to North America

In response to rapidly growing business demands in the North American market and to ensure efficient equipment commissioning for customers, ZENITH Group Service Team has officially departed for multiple project sites in North America to carry out equipment installation, commissioning and technical guidance. This initiative marks a new era for ZENITH's localized service capabilities in North America.

The dispatched engineering team consists of 10 senior technical experts, each with extensive on-site experience, covering mechanical, electrical and automation control disciplines. For the crushing equipment previously exported to North America, the team will perform a full-process scope of work including foundation re-surveying, mechanical assembly, and smart control system integration, ensuring optimal operation under North American working conditions.

ZENITH understands that efficient equipment operation is the prerequisite for creating customer value. By having engineers on site, ZENITH not only fine‑tunes the equipment to optimal design parameters, but also provides hands-on training to local operating crews, significantly shortening the project ramp‑up period. This ensures customers "buy with confidence and operate with ease". Meanwhile, this experienced team will push every step to a "zero-error" standard.
