Modular Layout

Primary crushing and secondary/fine crushing are controlled under a modular arrangement. The equipment is centrally positioned, optimizing the lengths of belt conveyors and electrical control cabling.
Cost Optimization

The electrical control room is positioned below the main energy-consuming equipment, optimizing the cable layout and reducing cable costs.
Low Energy Consumption and High Production Efficiency

Based on the characteristics of river pebble material, the "screen-before-crush" design enables closed-circuit crushing with only three main belt conveyors, significantly lowering the system's cost and energy consumption.

In the Philippines, river pebbles dominate the local raw materials, and the feed already contains a portion of finished product — so cost-saving simplified designs are the mainstream trend in the local aggregate market. The system is designed as a complete, integrated production line comprising a crushing module (raw material bin, feeder, jaw crusher, and cone crusher) + a vibrating screening and sand washing module + a finished product stockpile yard.
