Modular Design

The secondary crushing (cone crusher HST250S) and fine crushing (cone crusher HST250H) stages are centrally arranged in a modular layout with intelligent control, reducing the amount of belt conveyors and corresponding steel structures required for the production line.

We tailor a cost-effective process solution for client — meeting process requirements while reducing equipment investment costs and minimizing the production line footprint (lowering energy consumption and improving production efficiency)
Optimized Production Line Layout

The equipment is centrally arranged on three tiers according to the terrain. The electrical control system is divided into two zones — one electrical control room for primary crushing, and another for secondary/fine crushing and screening — optimizing the belt conveyor lengths and the cable runs of the electrical control system. The project was designed and built as a local demonstration plant.

Located in Jakarta, Indonesia, this project features a customized three-stage crushing process designed by ZENITH in line with the client's production requirements, raw material characteristics, and site conditions — namely primary crushing, secondary crushing, fine crushing, and screening.
