Cost-Effective

By combining a secondary crusher (impact crusher or cone crusher) with a sand making machine, we tailor a cost-effective process solution for client — meeting process requirements while reducing equipment investment costs and minimizing the production line footprint (lowering energy consumption and improving production efficiency).
Modular Design

The production line adopts a modular design, comprising: a feeding and primary crushing module, a secondary/fine crushing and sand making module, a screening module, a buffer and finished product storage module, an electrical control module, and matching auxiliary equipment — delivered as a complete, integrated production line solution
Flexible Design

The production line features a flexible design that allows the ratio of 5–10 mm aggregate to be selectively reduced while increasing the proportion of 0–5 mm manufactured sand.

The project is located in Ethiopia. Due to the country's underdeveloped industrial base, clients typically also need to procure the complete set of equipment beyond the main machines — including the supporting steel structures, belt conveyors, cables, electrical cabinets, and spare parts.
