Hi hellen,
Thank you for being truthful to your self, I and my company are happy with you but we still want to know about the following things listed below.
(1.) PAYING: How do we pay in to you and which bank account.
(2.) INSTALLATION: We believe that you will send engineeers to us from there who will install the machine.
(3.) MAINTANANCE: What about maintanance engineer, ibelieve you will also send engineer from there.
(4.) WET CALCIUM CARBONATE: The calcium carbonate is always wet and need to be dried before grinding. do the machine have a built -in drier or will you get us one from there?
(5.) LUMB OF CALCIUM CARBONATE: The calcium carbonate come in lumbs when supplied to us and needs a crusher for it. do you have a built-in crusher or will you get us one?
Do you work every day? if no then when are you always on duty, i need to know.

Sorry for my late reply as for our Spring Festival.
As for your questions, my answers are as following:

2. After you receive our products, we will assign technician to your factory to guild your workers how to installation, testing, maintaining and so on, and you have to pay airplane tickets to from Shanghai to your factory and back to China, transportation expense, accommodation, insurance and 30 USD per day as salary.

4. Yes, we can also supply crushers for you.
