Cone crusher is commonly used as a secondary crusher in a crushing circuit，and it is suitable to crush various kinds of ores and rocks of medium or above medium hardness, such as iron ores, copper ores, limestone, quartz, granite, gritstone, etc. Cone crusher is widely used in ore, metallurgy, chemistry, construction materials, road construction, hydro-electrical subjects and others to carry out medium and fine crushing to various ores and rocks with different hardness.

Cone crusher consists of frame, transmission device, hollow eccentric shaft, bearing and sealing, crushing cone, springs and hydraulic pressure station for adjusting discharge opening. See table below for more information:

Cone Crusher Parts:
Crusher complete is made of cast steel, equipped with dabber at high stressed points in heavy loading position.
Actuating Device – Both ends of cone crusher actuating shaft are equipped with tapered roller bearing, driven by a pair of heavy load bevel gear. Bearing seating adopts skeleton-type seal ring to avoid lubricating oil leaking.
Bearing and Sealing – All the cone crushers have copper inner and outer (inner and outer are both copper), a steel spherical seat and a copper spherical bearing (copper sphere). Dust ring is floated by spring inside spherical seat, adjusting the machine operation.
Hydraulic Adjusting Structure - All the cone crushers contain hydraulic adjusting structure for adjusting the size of discharging opening quickly.
Hydraulic Cleaning Structure – Hydraulic cleaning structure, as standard, is composed by four cleaning oil cylinders set on the bottom board of crusher complete. It is recommended that the distance of cleaning chamber should be 75mm.
Hydraulic Power Assembly – It is used both in “hydraulic adjusting structure” and “hydraulic cleaning structure”.
Releasing of Iron Particles – Cone crusher provides spring-type protection to release the iron after testing.
Lubrication System – Cone crusher adopts a highly effective external lubrication system which includes oil pump, oil box and pipeline. Cone crusher will be stopped automatically when oil temperature is too high or flow rate of oil is too slow. A heat exchanger is provided if it is necessary for heating or cooling lubricant.
