Artificial Sand Manufacturing Process

Due to the shortage of natural sand and the government policy that forbidding to exploiting natural sand ,manufactured sand are replaceing natural sand.

With the development of modern economy, more countries pay great attention to infrastructure construction, such as road construction. Also, more and more modern building are being built. High quality manufactured sand, as the key material of concrete, become more and more salable. Certainly, the sand making machines are necessary.

Just like the design of the sand processing plant flow chart, sand making machinery is usually used in tertiary sand quarry crushing process. At the beginning, the jaw crusher and cone cone crusher or impact crusher are uses as primary crusher and secondary crusher and crush the stone into small size (it is about 0-45mm).

Crushed by the sand machine, most aggregates meet the standard size (0-5mm), but some still bigger than requests and they will be reconveyed to the sand making machine for crushing again until meeting the standard. \

In this way, we can finally produce the quality sand by the sand processing plant.

Because the crushed sand contain great many dusts and some construction project has high standard requirement of the sand, producer need to build one sand washing plant (consists of sand cleaning equipments, such as Zenith XSD sand washing machine, LSX screw sand washing machine). After crushed by the sand crusher, the sand quarry will be transported to the sand washing equipments, and then the dusts will be cleaned and the high standard sand are produced.
